Please be aware that processing returns and exchanges will take longer than usual and we thank you for your understanding and patience. We pray that you remain safe & healthy. 

Which items are returnable?

  • All non-final sale items
  • Returned in original condition
  • Unwashed, unworn with attached tags (We are not allowed to accept items without attached tags)
  • In the original packaging if possible
  • Posted back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Which items are non-refundable?

  • Final sale items ending in .99
  • Any non final sale items without original tags attached.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. ( We do not supply return labels.)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • There is a 10% restocking fee for a return of 8 or more items which will be deducted from the refund.

How do I process a return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields below (Order Lookup) and then click the LOOKUP button.
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will receive an initial confirmation email to say that we have received your RMA request and should receive another email with shipping guidelines once your RMA has been approved.
  • All items are returned to a NJ warehouse..
  • Please include your name and order number, and a list of the items you are returning in the package that you are sending back to us.
  • Please make sure that you have tracking for your return package so that you can track it back to our door.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. 
  • Your refund will be processed, and applied to the original method of payment. It may take up to 14 days to receive your refund. We will try to process your refund as quickly as possible.
