Which items are returnable?

  • All non-final sale items
  • Returned in original condition
  • Unwashed, unworn with attached tags (We are not allowed to accept items without attached tags)
  • In the original packaging if possible
  • Posted back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Which items are non-refundable?

  • Final sale items ending in .99
  • Any non final sale items without original tags attached.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. ( We do not supply return labels.)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • There is a 10% restocking fee for a return of 8 or more items which will be deducted from the refund.

How do I process a return?

  • Send an email to: service@hydrochic.com. Include your name, order number and the items that you would like to return. We will check to make sure that the items are returnable and then will send you a RMA number for those that are.
  • All items are returned to a NJ warehouse..
  • Once you have received your RMA number you are ready to ship. Please include your name, order number, and RMA number in the package that you are sending back to us.
  • Please make sure that you have tracking for your return package so that you can track it back to our door.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s.
  • Your refund will be processed, and applied to the original method of payment. It may take up to 14 days to receive your refund. We will try to process your refund as quickly as possible.
