Which items are returnable?

  • All non-final sale items
  • Returned in original condition
  • Unwashed, unworn with attached tags (We are not allowed to accept items without attached tags)
  • In the original packaging if possible
  • Posted back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • With tracking so that you can make sure that it arrives at our warehouse.

Which items are non-refundable?

  • Final sale items ending in .99
  • Any non final sale items without original tags attached.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • There is a 10% restocking fee for a return of 8 or more items which will be deducted from the refund.

How do I process a return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields below (Order Lookup) and then click the LOOKUP button.
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • All items are returned to a NJ warehouse.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. 
  • Your refund will be processed, and applied to the original method of payment. It may take up to 14 days to receive your refund. We will try to process your refund as quickly as possible.
  • Items received after the 30 days from date of purchase (and less than 45 days from date of purchase), will receive a store credit valid for 3 months.
  • We cannot accept back any items returned to us 45 days or more after  date of purchase.
