EXCHANGES

 

For Our U.S. Customers *

1. As long as it is an exchange of an item for the same item in a different size or color, the shipping to you will be FREE.

You have one month from the date of the original purchase to make the exchange.

(This does not include final sale items nor does this apply during sales, refer to the below for exchange fees during a special sale.)

2. The exchange of an item for a different item will be shipped to you for the following reduced shipping fee:

$7.00 for the first item

and $3.00 for each additional item

3. Send an email to: service@hydrochic.com. Include your order number and the items that you wish to exchange. We will check to make sure that the items are eligible to be exchanged and if they are, we will send you a RMA number which you should include in the package you are shipping back to us.

 When you send back your item for the exchange, please make sure that you have tracking for your package so that you can be sure that it arrives at our door. ( All items are shipped back to New Jersey)

In your package, please include a note with your name and order number, your RMA number, a list of the items you are sending back and the items that you are exchanging them for.

We will be glad to help assist you- feel free to reach out to us!

*Which items are exchangeable?

  • All non-final sale items
  • Returned in original condition
  • Unwashed, unworn with attached tags
  • Posted back to us within 30 days of purchase.
  • If the exchange items still do not work out for you, you have 14 days from the date of the exchange to return these items to us for a refund.

Please put in a new order with the new sizes or styles that you are interested in.
