Shipping Policy
HydroChic ships from New Jersey, USA.

Free standard shipping on orders of $120 or more within the continental U.S.

U.S. shipping
Shipping rates are based on delivery region and are shown at checkout once your address is entered. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–6 business days after shipping, depending on destination and carrier.

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories
Rates differ from standard continental U.S. shipping and are shown at checkout. The $120+ free shipping offer applies to the continental U.S. only.

Express orders
If you need an express order, email service@hydrochicfashion.com before placing your order so we can confirm availability and the exact shipping cost.

Canada
We ship to Canada via DHL for a flat rate of $45 USD.

International shipping
We ship to select countries. For most destinations the flat rate is $60 USD via DHL. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other fees charged by their country; HydroChic does not collect them at checkout. Some remote locations may incur additional charges, and we will contact you with the exact cost before processing your order. If your country requires a personal tax ID for customs clearance, please include it with your order. If a package is refused, unclaimed or returned because of unpaid duties, incorrect shipping information or similar reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and reshipping fees.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Address accuracy
Please make sure your address is entered correctly. HydroChic is not responsible for delays, lost packages or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery or failure to claim it, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
