SHIPPING POLICIES AND RATES

We are happy to ship to you wherever you are in the world.

Your HydroChic purchase will ship out no later than three business days after receipt of order. (The shipping department is closed on Saturday and Sunday and legal holidays.)

Your order is shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and you can expect to receive your package within 7-10 business days.

If you do not receive your items within two weeks of ordering, please contact us immediately for help.

In the event that an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will email you immediately with your options.

EXPRESS ORDERS will ship one to two business days after receipt of order.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS

The list below shows our delivery rates within the United States:

For orders of: up to $30.00, shipping is $5.50

For orders of: $30.01 - $60.00, shipping is $7.50

For orders of: $60.01 - $85.00, shipping is $9.50

For orders of: $85.01 - $110.00, shipping is $12.50

For orders of: $110.01 - $150.00, shipping is $14.50

For orders of: $150.01 - $200.00, shipping is $16.50

For orders of: $200.01 or more, shipping is $19.00

EXPRESS ORDERS: If you need your HydroChic items immediately (in case of a MUST HAVE emergency), there will be an additional $15.00 charge. For express shipping, please let us know the date by which you must have the items you have ordered.

Your order is tracked and insured with USPS Priority Mail Service as well as with Express Mail Service.

SHIPPING COSTS for orders shipped OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

Add $20 to the regular shipping cost

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

HydroChic values your business and satisfaction. All of our products can be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping) or exchanged as long as they are sent back to us postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order. A three-month credit will be issued for any item returned to HydroChic after the allotted time and up until 45 days after the original purchase date. This credit will expire 3 months after the return date of the original item. We cannot accept any items returned after 45 days from date of receipt.

Included in the HydroChic package that you receive, are detailed instructions for returns and exchanges.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. Please make sure that you have tracking for your return package.

All items returned must be in new, unworn condition, folded neatly and returned in their original plastic bags with ALL THE TAGS ATTACHED. (Absolutely NO exceptions.) Please enclose the original invoice and state the reason for your return. We appreciate returns being neatly folded and packed. For those items not folded and packed neatly when returned, or for returns of more than 5 items, we charge a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds are issued within 60 days of returned merchandise. We try to refund you as quickly as possible!

EXCHANGES - It is our pleasure to make an exchange for you.

Please note: A shipping and handling fee ($6 for first item and $3 for each additional item exchanged in the same order) will be charged for all exchanges. Please fill out the form that comes with each order and return it with the items that you want to exchange. If the exchanged items still don't work for you, we ask that you simply order again through our website. Return the items from the exchange to us for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Although defects are very rare, we encourage you to inspect your swim pieces carefully at time of purchase prior to removing tags. In case of defect, we will replace your suit at no additional charge (as long as the tags are still attached).

Even with all tags attached, health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be taken back. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment. Swimsuits are delicate by nature and can be easily damaged through improper care or handling. We therefore cannot offer an extended warranty and will not accept returns for ANY reason once the tags have been removed.
