HydroChic Does Aqua Fitness in NEW Chlorine Proof Prints!
To inaugurate our new chlorine proof prints coming in spring 2017, (we’re so excited!) we decided to test spin them and collaborated with our friends at Aqua Wellness World, an aqua workout center in Portchester, NY. Aqua cycling is a high energy group class modeled on popular spin classes that is in high demand.
We jumped in and took part in the amazing cycling workout class and we wanted to share this experience and the world of aqua cycling and exercise with you.

Can you feel that chill? Winter is definitely well on its way! While some embrace the season and look forward to snow days and hot chocolate, others suffer from the annual winter blues. The short days and cold weather have many of us hiding in our beds, thinking wistfully of long beach days and warm summer evening BBQs.
But we’re here to tell you that winter can be a wonderful time and it’s in your hands to make sure it is! Here are some great ways to avoid those winter blues and make the most of the season:

The health benefits of exercise are well-known and the time to start is now.
I’m going to share a little secret. Your personal exercise plan does not have to be overly time-consuming nor intimidating in any way. The key to success is to choose exercise that you enjoy. It’s as simple as that. If you’re not having fun – despite the best of intentions – you will not persist and you will quit as soon as the first lame excuse pops us. Trust me on this.
Approaching retirement age, I recently switched from an office job in public relations to working freelance from home, affording me much more flexibility in my daily schedule. This lifestyle change greatly expanded my options for incorporating more exercise into my day, at times that best work for me.
