Affiliates shall not purchase or register keywords, AdWords, search terms or other identifying terms that include the word "HydroChic" or any variations or misspellings thereof for use in any search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service or other search or referral service. Also, all affiliates using paid search must add HydroChic to their list of negative keywords. In addition, Affiliates may NOT use HydroChic's name or variations(SEE LIST BELOW), directly or indirectly (a) in any longtail search term. (b) in hidden text on its website, (c) in Affiliate's domain or sub-domain, or (d) in an excessive manner on website with the intention of manipulating search engine results. Affiliates may not use search listings or rankings to interfere with traffic intended for the HydroChic website. Violation of the foregoing prohibitions may result in the immediate termination of the Agreement.
